Yes, it is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for bookings; therefore, after this period, it is no longer refundable.
If the chosen experience costs less than the gift card, you can use the remaining difference to purchase wines at the winery on the same day of the visit.
For example: you received a voucher worth 100 euros – and you chose an experience costing 50 euros, you can use the remaining difference to purchase wine on the same day.
You can pay for the experience via online payment with credit card on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club networks or prepaid card.
