WHAT TO EXPECT

An unconventional celebration beginning in the heart of Cru Persiera, among geological stories and bottles uncorked between the vines as the sun sets.
Choose your own pace: the first round (4:30 PM) for those who would like to walk back to the winery, the second (5:30 PM) for those who prefer the comfort of the shuttle service.
A convivial dinner under the portico, where the innovative cuisine of Retrò meets the challenge of pairing with our great red wines.
After dinner, the atmosphere shifts with a signature cocktail menu that reimagines Barolo and Nebbiolo in unexpected forms.

In Monforte, one of the 11 exclusive Barolo Municipalities, our family has been producing wine with pride for five generations. We combine a deep passion with a constant commitment to quality and immense respect for our vineyards.

HOW TO GET THERE

HOW IT WORKS

Welcome & the vineyard.

4:30 PM / 5:30 PM – Arrival at the winery and welcome reception (according to the selected round).

5:00 PM / 6:00 PM – Departure for Cru Persiera. Guided visit of the Geosite with agronomist Matteo Monchiero.

In the vineyard – Tasting of two vintages of Persiera among the vines, right where the wine takes shape.

The return & the winery.

From 7:30 PM – While the second group returns from the vineyard, the first round will visit the winery cellars. This is the moment when everyone comes together.

Aperitivo – We gather under the portico for a glass of Nebbiolo Rosé Spumante and a selection of small bites, as the sunset light slowly gives way to the evening.

Dinner & after dinner.

8:45 PM – Dinner begins. Barbara and Fabrizio of Retrò will guide us through a contemporary menu thoughtfully created to pair with our Rossese, Nebbiolo, and Barolo wines.

To follow – The evening shifts in rhythm as the Mixology Corner opens. Barbara will present a signature wine-based cocktail menu for an ending you won’t expect.

How do I choose between the first and second round?

The first round (4:30 PM) is perfect for those who would like to enjoy the walk to Persiera at a relaxed pace and return to the winery on foot as the evening air begins to cool.

The second round (5:30 PM) is ideal for those who prefer a later start: transportation back from the vineyard will be provided by us, so everyone will be ready to gather around the table together at 8:45 PM.

What if it rains?

The celebration will go on. In case of bad weather, we will move inside the winery among the barrels: the atmosphere will be more intimate, while the dining experience and signature cocktails will remain unchanged.

I have allergies or specific dietary requirements — what should I do?

No problem at all, but we do need to know in advance so that Barbara and Fabrizio can prepare an alternative worthy of the menu. Please let us know directly in the booking notes or send us a message on WhatsApp.

Can I attend if I’m an “Adoptive Vine Row Member”?

Absolutely — in fact, members of the Adotta un Filare project are entitled to a reserved rate and a dedicated discount code.

What is the walk to the Persiera vineyard like?

▾

It’s a walk through the vineyards, so we strongly recommend leaving high heels and overly elegant shoes at home. A comfortable pair of shoes or sneakers will allow you to fully enjoy the tour and the Geosite in complete comfort, without worrying about the terrain.
